Hepato-biliary-pancreatic Internal Medicine
The department of hepato-biliary is part of the internal medicine department specializing in liver, gall, biliary and pancreas diseases. Liver diseases include virus(B and C) hepatitis, fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Biliary diseases include cholelithiasis(gall, biliary duct, liver gallstone), inflammation of biliary, inflammation of gall, biliary cancer and gall cancer. Pancreas diseases include chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. The department also holds liver clinics performing biliary ultrasound, ultrasound induced liver biopsy, tumor biopsy and liver cancer treatment.
